In-season service should explain how to get help

Ask who to contact if a display needs attention and what the service agreement covers. Avoid assuming a particular response time or that every possible issue is included. Removal belongs in the original conversation

Confirm the takedown window and any access responsibilities before installation. Ask what happens to the lighting afterward and whether storage or next-season preparation is included. Read optional programs separately

A returning-client offer or multi-year rate lock should identify the agreed display and explain renewal, payment, cancellation and changes. New rooflines, added trees or a different property can affect the scope.
