No. You arrange payment to Little Elves after receiving funds, under your agreed payment schedule. Loan approval alone is not a paid deposit.

How soon will funds arrive?

Funding timing varies by lender and verification. Confirm availability before committing to a payment date.

Do I need financing to request a free design?

No. Your complimentary home design needs only your photo, vision and email. Financing is optional.

Who handles my application?

The application takes place on Acorn Finance. Little Elves does not collect your financial application information on this website.
