Before you confirm your Christmas installation
Use your free concept to settle the direction, then review a written proposal for the actual property. The concept does not replace measurements, access review or confirmation that each proposed feature can be installed.
Agree on the scope and current terms
Confirm the included roof edges and accents, material arrangements, seasonal support, takedown and storage details. Ask how additions or design changes are approved. Returning client pricing is reviewed seasonally, with current pricing and payment terms confirmed in the proposal.
Prepare the property and schedule together
Share your preferred ready date, known neighborhood requirements and any roof, gutter or landscaping work. Discuss gates, available power and other access details during estimate planning. A date is reserved only once scheduling and booking terms are confirmed.
