When Should You Book Christmas Light Installation in North Carolina?

Plan backward from the moment you want your display ready, with time for design and decisions.

Start with your preferred ready date

Think about when you want the lighting ready: a family gathering, holiday hosting or a community event. Starting the design conversation ahead of that date leaves room to review the concept, approve a proposal and discuss installation availability. We do not promise a date until scheduling is confirmed.

Design and installation are separate steps

Your free concept begins with a photo, description and email. An installation estimate then needs the property address, requested scope and contact details. For businesses and communities, include the approval deadline and responsible property contact when requesting a consultation.

Leave room for practical planning

Property access, measurements, power, permissions and weather can affect the plan. If other contractors will be working outside or a gate controls access, raise that during estimate planning. Discuss how any schedule changes will be communicated before installation.

Plan the end of the season too

Ask about the removal window when reviewing the proposal. Takedown should be part of the seasonal plan, with access and property responsibilities understood. Returning clients can ask about priority annual planning or an agreed 3- or 5-year rate lock.

A note on early scheduling

Preorder by October 1, 2026 with ELVES10 for 10% off. Your quote confirms eligibility and whether offers combine. Simply requesting a free design is not a preorder. Choose a display because it fits your property and plans, then review the offer terms.
