Is the custom design really free?+
Yes. Share a property photo, a short vision, and your email. The design request is complimentary and does not book installation or require payment.
Do I need to give my phone number or address?+
For a free design, no. The free design form only asks for your photo, a short description, and email. Estimate and installation requests ask for your name, phone, address, and project details so we can prepare a property-specific quote.
Will I receive an instant AI mockup?+
Your request is reviewed for a custom concept. This is not an instant rendering tool. We’ll follow up by email with your design or any questions needed to prepare it.
What does installation cost?+
Custom installation packages start at $1,800. Your property, roof height, access, and selected display determine the final quote. The free design helps establish the direction before pricing is finalized.
What is included in the service?+
We provide design, installation, seasonal support, and takedown. The final agreement identifies the included materials, display scope, support arrangements, and schedule.
Where do you install?+
We are based in Salisbury and serve Concord, Charlotte, and surrounding communities. Exact service availability and installation timing are confirmed before booking.
Can I lock in my rate?+
Ask about discounted 3- or 5-year rate locks for an agreed property and display. Your quote specifies the rate, payment and cancellation terms, and any changes quoted separately.
How does early scheduling work?+
Preorder by October 1, 2026 with ELVES10 for 10% off. A free design submission alone is not a preorder. Eligibility and whether offers combine are confirmed in your quote.
