When you request an estimate or installation timing, we collect your contact details, property address, service preferences, project details, and any optional budget, timing, program preferences, or photo you provide. We use this information to prepare estimates and contact you about your project. When you request a free design, we collect the photo, vision description, and email you submit. We use them to prepare your concept, respond to questions, and discuss installation if you choose to proceed.

If you choose to load the regional map, Google receives the browser information needed to display that map. Requests and images are stored using our website hosting infrastructure. They are available to our design team and through your private design link. Keep that link private; anyone with it can view your concept and request status.

Your submission is not automatically published in our gallery or used as a testimonial. Do not include people, documents, or details you do not want to share. Submission does not subscribe you to a marketing list.
