How to take a useful photo for your free lighting design
Stand far enough back to include the full front of your home in daylight. Keep the phone level and make sure the roof peaks, garage and entrance are visible. Show the trees or pathways you want considered, rather than sending only a close-up of one feature.
A clear, unfiltered photo helps us see the architecture. Avoid nighttime pictures that hide the house. You can take the photo from ground level; there is no need to climb or measure anything for a concept.
In your vision, tell us whether you prefer warm white, color or a mix, and which features matter most. It is fine to say you are unsure. Your photo, vision and email are all we need for this free request. We will follow up by email with your concept or any questions needed to prepare it.
