Define the places you want to celebrate.

City, town and government facilities

Begin with specific building entrances, suitable architectural rooflines, wreath locations or selected trees. Identify the facility contact, approval authority and any restrictions on attachments or access. Proposed areas and installation feasibility are reviewed before a commitment is made.

Downtown districts and community entrances

A coordinated palette can link selected gathering places and entrances. List the display boundaries and identify public and privately managed areas. District-wide ideas need clear permissions and separate access contacts where ownership changes.

Seasonal events and opening dates

Share your desired opening, lighting ceremony or event date, plus the period the display should remain in place. Allow planning time for your organization’s review and approvals. Requested dates are discussed alongside scope and availability, rather than treated as confirmed installation dates.

Parks and public spaces: plan around people.

Choose defined display areas

For parks and recreation properties, public squares and gathering places, start with entrances, selected trees or a specific event area. Include an overview of the setting and the areas you would like considered. Tree size, terrain and reachable installation areas affect the proposed scope.

Coordinate public access

Identify walking routes, accessible approaches, scheduled activities and any work-area restrictions. Discuss how installation, seasonal service and removal can be coordinated with the site contact. Any access changes or public-area arrangements require the organization’s agreement.

Confirm site access and available power

Share known power locations, access hours, vehicle restrictions and the person who can provide site access. Available power and practical installation routes must be reviewed; the consultation does not include a promise of new electrical infrastructure or specialty installations.

Give your organization a useful planning brief.

Budget and approval contacts

Include the organization, property address and person coordinating the request. An optional budget range helps frame the discussion. Use the project details to identify display priorities and the contact responsible for budget approval.

Proposal deadlines and procurement requirements

Provide the proposal due date and any purchasing, vendor-documentation or procurement requirements supplied by your organization. These need to be reviewed before we can confirm suitability or proceed. Submitting an inquiry does not establish approved-vendor status or acceptance of procurement terms.

Maintenance and removal planning

Identify who reports display issues, the relevant site-access rules and the desired removal period. Seasonal service arrangements, included areas and takedown timing are defined in the proposal before work is agreed.

Plan for your property.
