Christmas Lighting for Charlotte Storefronts and Shopping Centers
A welcoming entrance. A coordinated property. A holiday display planned around the way your business operates.
Request a Commercial Lighting Consultation↗A display that belongs to your retail property.
Start where customers arrive
For a single storefront, wreaths, garland and selected entrance lighting can frame the welcome without competing with the business sign. Discuss the approach from parking, accessible doors and outdoor merchandise so the proposed display respects daily use.
Coordinate across tenants
For shopping centers and retail plazas, identify which areas the landlord controls and which belong to individual tenants. A shared lighting palette can connect selected rooflines, entrance trees and common spaces. Define the included storefronts and who approves changes before requesting final pricing.
Give larger retail properties a clear scope
Big-box stores and larger centers may have several entrances, extensive frontage and dedicated loading access. Prioritize the customer-facing areas that matter most. Building height, attachment locations, access and available power determine what can be proposed; a consultation does not assume every feature can be installed.
Keep signs, doors and deliveries in the plan
Identify illuminated signs, customer routes, cart areas and loading zones that must remain clear. Share landlord rules and property-manager contacts early. Any restrictions on attachments or access become part of the planning discussion.
From the first brief to seasonal removal.
Schedule around business operations
Share trading hours, delivery windows and the date you would like the display ready. We discuss workable installation access and timing before a date is agreed. A requested date is a planning preference, not a reservation.
Prepare a tailored proposal
Provide your organization, property address, main contact, requested display areas and preferred timing in the consultation form. A photo and budget range are optional. Add landlord approvals or proposal deadlines when known; access, power, materials, installation scope and service terms are confirmed during project planning.
Plan maintenance and takedown together
Name the person who should report a display issue and authorize changes. The proposal sets out seasonal maintenance arrangements and the removal window, including access coordination with tenants. Returning-season plans can be discussed for an agreed display.
